Andrew Weigel
Founder & Strength Coach
Andrew earned his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Keene State College in 2014 and is both a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He designs and coaches programs that utilize a variety of training tools to treat and prevent injuries while enhancing physical performance. His goal is to help clients engage in their sports or activities at their highest level, focusing on movement quality, strength, speed, power, mobility, and endurance.

In founding Lift Performance and Rehab, Andrew aimed to create a community that builds confidence in physical capabilities. The mission at Lift is to empower individuals to optimize their strength and conditioning through comprehensive programming, thoughtful coaching, and educational resources.

Casey Armanetti
Strength Coach
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Casey has worked in a variety of training environments and strives to empower individuals to understand simple, effective, and sustainable ways to train for their unique performance goals. Having personally experienced the profound benefits of consistent training on both physical and mental well-being, Casey is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for a diverse range of bodies and identities.
Her programs are enriched by her creativity and value of research-backed practices. Casey is also an avid rock climber and runner; outside of Lift you can find her route setting and coaching climbing at Central Rock Gym or preparing for her next trail race.

Brandon Wawrzonek
Strength Coach
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also possesses a Level 1 certification from the Titleist Performance Institute, specializing in training golfers.
Brandon is passionate about demonstrating how movement-based strength training can enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries.

Through personalized training programs, Brandon creates a supportive environment that fosters strength, mobility, and overall fitness. His commitment to ongoing education ensures he stays current with the latest training techniques, enabling him to provide effective guidance and support to his clients.
